Welcome to The Boujee Wig Co. By placing an order through our website, social media platforms, or any other sales channel, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified unless approved by The Boujee Wig Co.
Payment
We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Payment must be received before processing begins.
- Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared.
- Fraudulent transactions will be canceled and reported when necessary.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are purchased before they are in stock.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- Processing times are estimates and may vary.
- Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, weather, or shipping carriers are outside of our control.
- Pre-order payments are non-refundable once processing has begun.
Processing & Shipping
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
- Ready-to-wear units: Processing times will be listed at purchase.
- Customized units: Additional processing time may be required.
- Shipping begins after processing is complete.
The Boujee Wig Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges are offered on:
- Wigs
- Bundles
- Closures
- Frontals
- Hair care products
- Customized units
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Custom Services
Customization services include, but are not limited to:
- Bleached knots
- Plucking
- Styling
- Wig construction
- Coloring (if offered)
Because these services are personalized, they cannot be refunded or exchanged once completed.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Selecting the correct product, length, texture, and options
- Reading all product descriptions before purchasing
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect address.
Product Care
Our wigs and hair products are made from premium materials and require proper maintenance.
The Boujee Wig Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Excessive heat
- Chemical processing
- Incorrect washing or maintenance
- Failure to follow provided care instructions
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Boujee Wig Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
