Shipping Policy

At The Boujee Wig Co., we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

Processing time is the period needed to prepare your order before it is shipped.

  • Ready-to-Wear Wigs: 2–5 business days
  • Customized Wigs: 5–10 business days
  • Pre-Order Items: Processing times vary and will be listed in the product description.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items require additional processing time because they are specially ordered or prepared.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that:

  • Estimated shipping dates may change.
  • Delays caused by suppliers or shipping carriers are outside of our control.
  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Contact us immediately if your order has not yet shipped.
  • Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Boujee Wig Co. is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Delayed
  • Marked as delivered but not received

If you experience any of these issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We will gladly assist by providing any shipping documentation you may need.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution if the issue resulted from our error.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select locations.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
