Refund & Exchange Policy
At The Boujee Wig Co., every unit is carefully prepared and inspected to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following policy:
All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on wigs, hair extensions, closures, frontals, or hair care products.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items are custom ordered and processed specifically for you.
- Pre-order payments are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once your order has been placed.
- Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary due to supplier or carrier delays.
Customized Units
Customized wigs (including bleached knots, plucking, coloring, styling, or resizing) are made to your specifications and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution if the issue is determined to be our error.
Shipping
- The Boujee Wig Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and accepted by the carrier.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Hair Care Products
Because our hair oils and other hair care products are personal-use items, they cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
